November was another productive month for our one-of-a-kind I.T. Help Desk and our world-class website!
Our I.T. Professionals' average response time (that is how long it takes an actual human to respond to a help ticket) dropped yet again since our last update! It is important to note that some issues require working in concert with other entities (Zillow, or DotLoop, for example) to trouble shoot and solve problems.
