          Fifty-three agents from Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage recently completed a two-day training seminar to receive a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI). Agents who receive this certification are among the top agents in the country in negotiation skills, according to Tom Hayman, trainer for the CNE seminar, as well as the CEO and Co-Founder of RENI.
