Jack Gale

Jack has been in real estate for over 20 years. He has focused on real estate development; large tract and lot land sales, new home sales and residential sales. He formed a team of licensed industry and marketing specialists, with a combined total of 105 years of experience assisting clients with their real estate needs. Two team members hold the prestigious GRI certification, which is held by only 19% of all U.S. REALTORS®.  Collectively, the team is licensed in North Carolina, Cape Fear Regional  MLS association, a local chamber of commerce and Wilmington Area Cape Fear Home Builders Association. For a three-year period, Jack & Team Gale completed over 2000 real estate transactions and has been a top producing Sea Coast Advantage team for over 12 years. Team Gale was nationally ranked the 218th team out of 1,000 teams by Real Trends for 2013 and was mentioned in the Wall Street Journal.

Prior to entering real estate, Jack headed his own information technology consulting company, was a partner in a technology and equipment leasing company and worked for several national and international companies, as head of Information Technology departments with a staff of over 55 people.

Jack has personally owned 7 homes before entering real estate, currently owns rental investment property and has developed residential building lots.
