Nicole Gustavson

Nicole’s professional journey spans across industries and continents, with decades of multi-faceted experience in institutional finance, law, emerging public leadership, and small-business operations. As the founder, owner, and operator of several service- and product-based businesses, Nicole has a proven track record in brand development, public engagement, and grassroots enterprise growth.

With a MA in Economics from the University of St. Andrews, her early career took her through New York City, London, and San Francisco within the financial sector. After a decade in Europe, Nicole pivoted—pursuing law school in San Francisco, then relocating to Northern Virginia in 2009. There, she discovered a passion for strength training, nutrition, and integrative wellness, ultimately transforming her career to focus on empowering others through these disciplines.

By the time the COVID-19 pandemic began, Nicole was leading a team of professionals across multiple locations, serving hundreds of clients in the Metro DC area with wellness, strength, and vitality. Her entrepreneurial spirit continued to drive growth, expanding into integrative nutrition and health coaching services, catering to a diverse and dynamic clientele.

Now based in coastal North Carolina, Nicole has found her true home, blending her love for real estate, advocacy, and community service. As a Realtor, she is deeply committed to creating a life of beauty—not only for herself and her family but for the clients she serves. Her goal is to bring humanity, vitality, and healthy commerce into her coastal community.

When she's not working, Nicole enjoys exploring off-the-beaten-path destinations. A lifelong lover of sailing, she spent much of her childhood navigating the Caribbean with her family and has since backpacked through Southeast Asia and completed the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage. Her passions also include fashion, interior design, photography, yoga, and surfing well into her golden years.
