I have been residing in Wilmington for the last 33 years.During that time the tremendous growth and transformation have been incredulous!I was born and grew up in Pensacola, Florida, another Coastal town with many similarities.

My husband and I decided to move to Wilmington a couple of years ago from the Raleigh-Durham area and we went through three real estate agents which for one reason or another did not suit us. Then we met Sam. Sam was, from the beginning, what we were looking for. Has has extensive knowledge of the area and each neighborhood. He was VERY flexible and accommodating which was important to us! I truly appreciated his patience with us!! We definitely recommend Sam!!

Sam was fantastic to work with. He knows Wilmington like the back of his hand and knew what areas would be a good fit for me. He went above and beyond to answer my calls at anytime of day and was super responsive. We ended up finding a home within 2 weeks thanks to him. A few months ago my husband and I bought a beautiful condo... ..... But before that, we talked to a few friends too see if anyone knew a realtor that was great to work with, in return we got the pleasure to meet Sam! This was our first time buying a condo. Sam was extremely thorough and attentive! His availability was always on our time. He made the process so comfortable, fun, and a overall genuinely a great experience. Sam is a very dependable and conscientious agent who has plenty of experience in the busy Wilmington market. I never felt that anything was overlooked or that I was not a priority- even though our deal was not a big one. Sam is a genuine person who really enjoys his work and he has the personality that really makes him a natural for listening to people and making sure that he understands. I also thought that he was very good at being candid about situations when it was called for; he was never pushy or superficial. I was so glad to have him working on my behalf.

Excellent experience with Sam. There were some hiccups on the lender side but Sam was able to step in and get things turned around in a amazing time due to his prompt communication and working relationship with local companies. If we move again he would be our first call.

My first impression of Sam Bush as a truly decent person was only reinforced as he walked me through the sale of my home. I never had a doubt that he was in my corner and had my best interest at heart. He answered all my questions, and was available at all times via phone, text, email, and many times in person at my home. I told him this needed to happen quickly so he said we would stipulate the closing be in 30 days. My house went on MLS March 1, and we closed April 1. Sam is kind, intelligent, funny, and appears to love what he does for a living. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property. You cannot go wrong with Sam Bush as your agent. First, Sam thoroughly interviewed us on our wants and needs for a new home. The floor plan and ease of access were important features that were needed because of my wife being wheelchair bound. Secondly, Sam lined us up with a mortgage professional that was top notch. Thirdly, now, armed with our wants, needs and price range, Sam went to work to find our 'home'. Within three weeks we were standing in the house we wanted to buy. There were other interested parties in the house. Sam's negotiation skill, personality and honest demeanor brought the deal home. Sam Bush is a professional and was not only very helpful in the dealing with all of the paperwork and fine detail needed to get the house listed and sold, but also was a wealth of information and assistance throughout the entire process. Could not have asked for a more honest and kind gentleman who put the sellers preferences and needs at the top of the list - and easily and professionally dealt with all of it in a timely manner. Made sure that we were in the "loop" for all decisions and actions and guided us in such a manner that this was not a stressful situation. I (and my wife) highly recommend Sam Bush - and I do not very often ever give you an "Excellent" rating - but this gentleman desires it and with an accolade or two thrown in on top of it.
