Shane and Christy teamed up and delivered the expertise to list our property for a quick sale. And at the price we wanted. They discussed the selling process and market trends. We felt completely confident that their complete grasp of the market would guide us appropriately. A link was provided which allowed us to read on-line comments from recent showings. The selling process occurred quickly. Christy also guided us through a purchase of our new home. She became the single most important link to the builder. She was quick to ask questions and get answers for us. We would not want to go through it again without Christy.

Shane did an absolutely incredible job helping us sell our house. We moved states but were able to meet with him one time before leaving. He make the entire process absolutely seamless. From constantly keeping our best interest in mind to helping facilitate and schedule some fixes. He communicated everything throughout the process and answered all the hundreds of questions we had. As first time sellers he had incredible patience and understanding as we navigated everything. We cannot recommend him enough!!

I have worked with Coldwell Banker to buy Real Estate, but never sold a property before. Let me tell you, Shane is the ultimate person in the greater Wilmington area to sell your house. We had a 10+ year rental home recently sold in November. Shane met us at the property and assessed the situation, and recommended we fix up the home prior to selling it for ROI. We discussed selling as is, but that would have been a huge mistake where we woudl have gotten a low offer. Shane didn't just tell us to fix the house up, he took it upon himself to fix the house up as if it were his own. He has every contact you would need to pretty much flip a house. We replaced all of the flooring throughout the entire house, painted all ceilings, doors, trim, etc., replaced all fixtures, door knobs, etc., landscaped, and pretty much got the house in a "new" condition. Pricing for his know contractors was very competitive and everything happened so quickly. He organized everything, schedules, installation, everything. All I had to do was purchase the materials. Once the property was ready to list, we had multiple offers within 2 days and a full price offer. If you haven't worked with the Register team at Coldwell Banker, I think you are missing out! We have been working with Coldwell Banker for 10+ years, and have bought and sold all of our properties with them. Christy Register is the Buyer's agent and she is also phenomenal. They make the perfect team. Thank you Shane and Christy for all your support over the years!
