Della was an extremely efficient, responsive and hardworking realtor who helped us sell our beach house. The whole process was smooth and she went the extra mile (and saved us a lot of actual miles) by taking care of things at the house while selling so that we didn’t have to make extra trips. We had a second home in Hampstead NC that we decided to sell. Della was extremely responsive through the entire process. She was able to establish a realistic selling price and get the listing and photo shoot done quickly and effectively . Being out of town was a difficult for us but Della was able to jump in on several issues to help us out. In the end she was able to negotiate a higher price than our asking and get buyer agreements where needed. The overall timing from listing to settlement was a remarkable 6 weeks and this was directly because of Della’s attention to detail. We highly recommend Della Carson for your Real Estate needs

I never thought I would say I thought a realtor should make MORE money than they did - but I am saying it now! Della Carson and her partner Dennis Jay were absolutely incredible! My husband put these poor people through the ringer, hounding them constantly with questions and changing his mind, etc, but they were always professional and responsive. They knew everything about the Topsail area where we were looking and we truly felt they were advocating for our best interests. Della wanted to find us the perfect property and pointed out the honest pros and cons for each place. Della and Dennis also have a million resources on the island, so they would come up with what we might do to improve something on a property, then call people and find out exactly how feasible and expensive it would be. They got us insurance quotes and did detailed comps, with pictures, that were super helpful! We were honestly torn between buying on topsail and smith mountain lake - the beach/lake second home debate- and I am not exaggerating that Della was the deciding factor to go beach. She is beyond amazing! It was by chance that we found her, but let me save you the trouble - if you need an agent, you can do no better than Della Carson!!
