I started in the Real Estate industry in the New York metro area in 1986. I have spent most of my professional career in property management, with emphasis on residential multiple dwelling units. I am certified in Management and Operation, Advanced Building Management and Advance Building Systems. These certifications, along with a degree in Business Management, and my love for people has given me the opportunity to help others minimize the hassles and anxieties associated with finding suitable dwellings.
During visits to Wilmington, I fell in love with this beautiful city and decided to make it home. Although my location has changed, my passion for the Real Estate Industry has not. My desire to help others, compounded with my passion has transitioned my career from property manage to Licensed Real Estate agent.
As a Realtor my goal is to match buyers and sellers with the same intentions, with the least amount of difficulty to each. Brenda is my lifesaver. I reached out to her in the middle of multiple crises my family was experiencing. I needed her help with getting my sister's home in Winnabow, NC sold quickly but efficiently. Her knowledge of the real estate market goes unmatched. She cares about her clients beyond the sale. She knows my sister and I have gotten to know her. She guided me through the process long distance, as my sister was unable to do it on her own. My sister's sale was profitable, even though the market has taken a turn downward in the past couple of months. I can't thank Brenda and Caldwell enough for their knowledge, empathy and knowledge.
