Carol brings over 35 years of real estate experience to her role as Broker-in-Charge for the Midtown office of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. Her background spans residential sales, property management, brokerage ownership, and leadership across multiple markets—giving her a deep understanding of what drives agent performance and long-term success. She has also served as past president of the Union County Association of REALTORS®.

As a non-competing leader, Carol is fully focused on developing agents and strengthening the performance of her offices. She provides training, guidance, and the top notch tools agents need to build consistent, scalable businesses. From onboarding new agents to supporting experienced producers, Carol works closely with her team to improve productivity and navigate an evolving market.

Her leadership is grounded in experience, support, and results. She understands the challenges agents face day-to-day and is committed to helping them close more transactions and grow with confidence.
