Becoming a young entrepreneur was important to me, so I leaped into the real estate industry at the age of 21! From day one, I hit the ground running and have loved devoting my life to this career for the last 5 years. Being in the real estate industry means more to me than just transactions; it's about showing that I care about you even after the deal is done. I strive to create long-lasting relationships with my clients. There's something truly rewarding about bringing someone's vision of homeownership into a reality.
Additionally, I find great satisfaction in helping clients achieve their goals of selling their properties and starting new chapters in their lives. My previous experience in healthcare as a certified nurse assistant has instilled in me a strong desire to serve people. I believe in the power of listening intently and internalizing your needs to ensure I always have your best interest at heart.
For 2.5 years, I worked as a real estate instructor, teaching continuing education and guiding students to become the next brokers. I take pride in representing my clients ethically and possessing in-depth knowledge of our contract laws, which allows me to educate consumers effectively.

It was such a pleasure working with Carly.She would drive into town or 50 miles to check out whatever we were intetested in.She has a wonderful personality & always right there.Our daughter & her family moving to Wilmington from Hawaii and Carly has been working as there agent.She will go far in real estate!
