Cassie is easily the best realtor in Wilmington. Not only does she go above and beyond to make sure that you find the PERFECT house for you- but she makes sure you have fun while doing it! About two months after we bought our house my husband said "We should just keep looking for houses so we can go hangout with Cassie!" When I say she is fun and easy to work with I mean it! We are in our dream home, and I couldn't be more thankful for all Cassie did to make it happen! If you are looking for the perfect realtor you have found her, I would HIGHLY recommend Cassie to anyone that needs one!

Cassie went above and beyond in helping us sell our home. She was helping assist the realtor we had our house listed with, and I can honestly say I felt she did more than the listing agent. She was very quick to respond to voicemails and texts. If you want someone who knows the Wilmington area, Cassie Williamson would be the realtor.

I initially found Cassie by accident, having randomly called on a listing I found online. We spoke for a while over the phone, and afterwards, I knew I didn't want to work with anyone else. She was very kind, very knowledgable, and I could tell right away she was committed to my family and would be diligent in her responsiveness and her availability. Cassie truly went above and beyond in her service to us. We had quite a unique situation occur with the home we purchased (one most realtors never will never experience their entire career) and she never lost motivation, positivity, nor did she lose the momentum in her search to find us our home. The only reason I rated her "process expertise" with four stars, is because I want you to know she IS still a human being; a rather amazing one at that!! I couldn't give her all fives (wink, wink) or this wouldn't be believable. No but in all seriousness, because of our crazy and VERY unusual experience, there were a few times Cassie did not have the answer or, just wasn't 100% sure and wanted to double check with a colleague before she gave me an answer. And I think that is admirable and much to her credit, especially in the world of Real Estate. She genuinely cares and wants to provide the correct, and most accurate guidance and information, even if that means admitting she doesn't have all the answers. That being said, she always FOUND the answer, and did so in a very timely manner. Her honesty and authenticity speak volumes about her character. I'm so happy to have found Cassie, not only as our realtor, but as a friend.

The experience we had with Cassie was way better than I had expected, and I had very high hopes already! From start to finish....and even beyond, Cassie was there through it all. From meeting with the inspector to scheduling and interacting with the painter, she helped us out around our schedules. She kept a lookout on houses that suited us best and helped us land a home that we could only dream of!
