Katie Meyer

I’m a Wilmington native, born and raised, and I’ve always felt incredibly lucky to call this place home. After graduating from High Point University as a student athlete in 2022 I graduated with a degree in Communications. I then started my career in marketing and spent a few years living in Charlotte, NC. While I loved my time there and everything I learned, I quickly realized how much I missed Wilmington and the coast. It didn’t take long before I found my way back home.

My background in marketing is something I’m excited to bring into real estate, but what I value most is getting to know people. I believe that taking the time to really understand someone, what they need, and what is important to them makes all the difference. I want my clients to feel like they have someone in their corner who genuinely listens and cares about helping them find what’s right for them.

Outside of real estate, you can usually find me running, reading, planning a party or gathering (I love any excuse to celebrate!), or spending time with my husband and our beautiful daughter, Maeve. Family, friends, and our life here in Wilmington mean so much to me.

I’m so excited to be back in the community I’ve always called home and to have the opportunity to meet new people, build relationships, and help others find their own place here on the coast.
