My boyfriend and I just bought our first home! We met Barb Lambert at an open house.. and really appreciated her attitude. Very positive, not pushy whatsoever. We decided to work with Barb as our realtor. The entire experience was very positive for us. Barb did such a great job with looking for homes for us.. and when we found some on our end, we contacted her and she immediately set up a time for us to look at the house. We were very impressed with Barb's timely response with everything, as well as her thorough knowledge. And when we found the house of our dreams.. Barb made it happen! She got the offer in immediately.. and luckily we were under contract before someone else tried to make an offer. If it wasn't for Barb's quick response, this might have not been the case. Throughout the entire process, Barb took care of everything for us.. I didn't have to worry about a thing. She proved time after time, that we could rely on her to get the job done... and she did! Barbara Lambert of CKL sold our house in Magnolia Greens for us. We have bought and sold many houses over the years, but no one ever put in the amount of time and effort to sell a house that Barbara did. This was a few years ago when the housing market was not very good in the Wilmington area and Barbara was always coming up with inventive ways to get our house noticed and to make it stand out in a crowded market. Bottom line - we sold our house in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price in a down market. I'm not sure that would have happened if we had chosen another realtor. I recommend Barbara Lambert and CKL Real Estate without hesitation.
