She always got back to us whenever we had questions and she worked incredibly hard for us no matter the time of the day. She knew what kind of houses we were looking for and found us the perfect house. Even after closing she checked in on us and made sure we got moved in fine. OMG what can I say about the unbelievable agent. This is not the first time for me to buy a house. I recently moved here from Philadelphia and was blessed with the privilege of meeting this knowledgeable agent. She immediately took me by the hand and negotiated every aspect of my house buying. She was always prompt with returning my phone calls and answering all my questions. I felt like she was my lawyer defending me and representing in every way to make sure I was pleased with the way the process of purchasing my property. She's a young energetic woman that worked so so hard for her money, I once asked her did she every sleep. I was blessed to get to know her family and they help me moved into my new house because I don't have any family here. They went beyond the call of duty. About 9 years ago I met Sharon when my ex and I were looking to purchase a home. I felt comfortable with her immediately and knew as a retired Marine she would get the job done. She was so helpful and we were very happy with our home. She even reached back out to the seller after we moved in and discovered a problem with the roof and they fixed it. Being active duty we eventually moved away but I kept her number over the years just in case I ever came back (she was that good). Toward the end of last year my husband and I deceived we wanted to move to N.C. and we were in California. I called her and she immediately got on the ball showing me houses through FaceTime. I eventually flew out, we looked at some houses, we put in an offer and it was accepted. We are so grateful for her diligence and tenacity in helping us. When we first contacted Sharon we were just information seeking. Once we talked to her we knew we wanted her to be the one to help us find our forever home. Sharon was so patient with us, she showed us homes and made herself very available anytime we needed her. We purchased a new build home and the builders were very slow and provided very few updates. The first time we met Mrs Sharon, she had a giant gift basket on a table behind her from a previous customer that said she went above and beyond. She also told us that she wouldn't sell us a house that she would not want to live in herself. She went to numerous houses, too many to count, each time she would give us her first opinion which we grew to respect. Eventually, we finally found the perfect house, in the perfect neighborhood, in our budget. She same through for us, but from our first encounter, I knew she's would do what ever it takes to find a perfect home. Because of my crazy work schedule Mrs Sharon, made everything that she could an electronic document that I could sign electronically from anywhere. Where she really shines though, was with our mortgage application. She knows everything about buying a house. Especially for veterans using a VA loan. She was an excellent advocate for us. She knew everything that we needed despite what the mortgage company would tell us that we needed. She would talk to the mortgage company our behalf. During the time that I was supposed submit my final loan application, I couldn't leave work to sign the paperwork, Mrs Sharon called the mortgage company and convinced them to do an e-document that I could sign electronically. To this day, if I needed anything, I could call Mrs Sharon. She truly has gone above and beyond.

I first met Mrs. LopezRamirez while she was showing the duplex I was renting to a future potential renter, because my family was planning to move into a bigger place. She began talking to me about the benefits of buying home vs. renting one and I honestly was against everything that she was saying, simply because I am an active duty Marine and we move around a lot. I did agree to come in for a meeting with her the following week to discuss our options. My wife, my daughter, and I showed up to the meeting expecting to hear more about the benefits of home buying, but were instead by a thoroughly prepared Mrs. LopezRamirez, She had designed a portfolio of houses that fit exactly the type of house that we were looking to rent and had arranged them in order by price range. I was so impressed by her promptness and knowledge of the home buying process that I agreed to schedule visits to the homes to see them. We were able to see 3 of the 5 homes that same afternoon. When viewing the homes Mrs. LopezRamiez was straight forward in aiding us with an initial assessment of the homes telling us whether the home was worth our time or if the roof was too old or whether the property value of the home would decline due to changes in the community which would make our investment worthless in coming years. I valued her input tremendously throughout the process. When my wife and I had finally decided on a home that we were in love with and Mrs. LopezRamirez could see no problems with I was scheduled to go on a military excercise for 3 weeks, during which we were expected to close on the property. This wouldn’t pose a problem for most, but my wife had just recently immigrated from Chile and does not speak any English nor does was she able to drive at the time. I was extremely worried, but Mrs. LopezRamirez told me not to worry and to focus on work while I was away. She organized transportation, arranged for her husband to translate for my wife at the signing, and gave all around great assistance to my family while I was away. I am humbled to have had Mrs. LopezRamirez as my professional representative during this home buying process. She made it easy to understand and painless to endure despite mitigating factors. I recommend her services as a real estate agent to anyone in the Jacksonville area, whether you are present or not she will do everything in her power to give you the best buying experience possible.

Sharon gives 150%. She is the hardest working agent in the business. She deserves a medal for getting me into my new home. Dealing with a widow relocating with a deadline to keep her job was challenging. I only had two months and we were almost to settlement when the first house under contract turned out to be contaminated with dangerous levels of mold! I wouldn’t have know this without her guidance regarding home inspection. She did double the work to get me into this house. She’s awesome!!!
