Originally born and raised in Maryland, I decided to make the move down south to attend Elon University and I absolutely fell in love with North Carolina and all it has to offer! For the last 24 years, my husband Brandon and I have called Wilmington home and we have loved raising our family in this community!
Having worked in direct sales for 12 years, I’ve developed a love for working one on one with my clients and building relationships with them. It was through these relationships and having the opportunity to serve my clients that my interest and love for real estate was born! From Kerri's first "hello" on the phone, from a random call that I made to inquire about a property, I knew she was separate and apart from other realtors I had spoken to during my self-driven search of making calls or inquiries. She was so friendly, yet professional and highly vested in wanting to help me hone in on what types of properties and features were important to me. From that point forward, she diligently continued to support my search, providing straightforward information and insightful considerations. Most importantly, I developed trustworthiness in her, and the stressful journey of choosing "just the right home" became less stressful. In fact, the partnership to find a home (e.g., phone calls, e-mails, actual tours) became very enjoyable. After finding the perfect home and making the decision to purchase, I became anxious about processes leading to close, as well as the actual closing. Headline— List or Buy with Kerri Brooks! Best Experience with a RealEstate Agent / Broker ever! House listed and closed in 30 days for asking price setting the new market price. This is the 18th home I have sold. I have dealt with countless RealEstate agents/Brokers all over the Country Frankly I have found little use for any of them. Until now Kerri has figured out that if you take care of your customer the rest takes care of itself. Kerri has great communication skills and very responsive just as important is she is proactive. In this market I fully expected to sell the house pretty quickly. That said, Kerri took great care of us as well as all the details of the transaction.
