Amber was great to work with. Being from out of town, she was very attentive and informative for us. She did her research and provided a great link between us and the selling agents. On multiple occasions we came in from out of town to see homes and she spent all day with us. Her organization made it so much easier to go from home to home. The most important thing to us was that she was very active during the closing process, and we really felt like she took the time to understand what our tastes, likes, and dislikes were. We felt like got really honest opinions from her even if it was steering us away from a home.

Amber was amazing! She was super flexible, and drove an hour away to assist me with finding my home. She provided recommendations and guidance to make the process easier for a first-time buyer. I would absolutely recommend her to others.

We researched realtors in Wilmington and narrowed it down to two. Ultimately, we decided on Buddy Blake because within four hours they sent several listings that met or exceeded what we were searching for. Amber was constantly communicating regarding homes, aspects of different areas, and information regarding various characteristics of the homes she was sending. The house that we fell in love with on a virtual walk through, and were planning on touring in person two days later, had three additional offers on it before we could even tour in person. Without Amber’s walk through and detail oriented review of the home with us, we wouldn’t have felt comfortable putting an offer in. With this being our first home purchase, Amber played a key role in providing tips on the whole process. We definitely would recommend Amber to anyone looking for a Realtor in the Wilmington area!
