Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, Michelle thinks "outside of the box" in order to not only position your home for the best sale or purchase, she provides clear feedback, excellent rapport to assist her clients with the challenges and the path moving forward. I have worked with several real estate agents over the years in both the buyer and seller side. I can say, bar none, Michelle is the best agent by far I have ever partnered with. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, she thinks "out of the box" in order to not only position your home (I was the seller this time), but also provide clear and candid feedback of the challenges and path forward. She takes accountability and ownership of the whole process, and in our case (as we were downsizing) provided an empathetic ear and suggestions for how to manage some of the aspects around that.
