Born and raised in King, NC, Vickie developed her strong work ethic and appreciation for community early in life. After graduating from South Stokes High School and UNC-Greensboro, she spent 28 years helping to operate her family owned successful ladies’ boutique, where she built her reputation on personalized service, attention to detail, and lasting relationships. In 1998, Vickie and her husband Thomas made the Holden Beach area their home, drawn to the beauty of the coast and the relaxed pace of Brunswick County living. Since becoming a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker in 2002, she has dedicated herself to helping buyers and sellers navigate the market with confidence. Vickie’s approach is simple: provide the highest caliber of service with integrity, care, and professionalism. Whether assisting first-time buyers, beach home investors, or longtime homeowners ready to sell, she is committed to making every transaction smooth and successful. We were looking for a small stick-built home for weekend getaways as well as an investment. We called Vickie and after meeting with her we knew this was someone we could trust. Purchasing a home 4 1/2 hours away was definitely above our comfort zone. Vickie kept in constant contact with us through the entire process, before and after the agreement. A lot of times things get overlooked, but Vickie had all the right information , all at the right time. Vickie helped us with termite inspection, home inspection, insurance, electric, water, cable, etc.. NO surprises! Vickie worked with our bank to provide a seamless closing. We plan to retire in the area and Vickie will be our realtor of choice. We consider her our realtor and our friend!!

Vickie did a great job at helping me sell my beach home. She was in constant communication with me on feedback from showings and what was happening in the market with other listings. I was very happy with the experience, especially since I lived out of town. I felt so comfortable working with Vickie, that I recommended that my mother use her to sell her home at the beach as well. She too had a great experience and felt the same as I did when it came to communication and activity in the market. We both would recommend Vickie to anyone looking for an agent !
