Hello everyone! I'm Christina Howard, a North Carolina native and real estate broker who specializes in guiding families home. Hailing from the piedmont triad, I was born in Greensboro and raised in Kernersville. North Carolina is my home.
After catching wind of the salt air in our coastal communities, I headed east. In 2006, I moved to Wilmington. It was there I met my husband and we decided to travel, yearning for adventure. It was on this journey I discovered my passion for real estate.
We bought property in Ecuador and built a successful vacation rental business from the ground up. This venture helped me hone my skills in negotiation, marketing, property management, and client satisfaction.

What a ride! Christina represented us as buyer and seller.In January, the coldest day of the year, we negotiated a contingent offer on buying my country house. When May's deadline was approaching rapidly we had to do some creative selling on my beach house. We dropped the price several times, removed all furniture, restaged , had open houses, and marketed on Facebook and Zillow. A lot of interest but no offers. Very stressful but we all stayed positive. So our final thought was to do an Auction. On Mother's Day we accepted the cash bid. Christina met with buyers and we had a sell. We closed 11 days later and closed on country house May 26 one day before our contract ended on country house. Thank you Christina.

Christina Howard is a wonderful realtor. It was not an easy task to sell a property that was jointly owned by 6 heirs and their spouses. However, she was patient, and she kept us informed each step of the way. Also, she kept us apprised of any and all changes, or concerns expressed by the buyer as soon as they arose. I was impressed with Christina's willingness to go above and beyond for us even after we had closed on the property.
