Ashley Harper is a dedicated NC Realtor® with a passion for helping clients achieve their home goals. Born and raised in Brunswick County, in the small town of Grissettown—which was named after her family—Ashley is proud to serve the communities she knows best. A graduate of West Brunswick High School, she brings strong local insight and a deep connection to the area she calls home.

Licensed in North Carolina since May 2025 and previously licensed in Georgia (2006–2010), Ashley actively sold real estate from 2006 to 2009. She’s known for her strong negotiating skills, in-depth market analysis, and attention to price per square foot. Ashley has a proven record of helping multiple sellers achieve their listing price—or even higher. Most recently, she listed a home that went under contract in just three days because it was priced right—and she secured full price for the seller without offering any seller-paid closing costs.

With 15 years of customer service experience and a background in mortgage loan originations, Ashley brings a personal and well-rounded approach to every transaction. She’s also a proud wife and mother of two, balancing her professional expertise with the heart and understanding that every client deserves.
