Nikki Southerland

For more than a decade, Nikki Southerland worked as a nurse, caring for her patients with knowledge and compassion. Now she is doing the same in her career as a trusted real estate advisor for Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage.

Working in emergency medicine taught Nikki a lot about the need to respond quickly – and with accuracy. So did the years she spent as an accountant for the government. Being organized and detail-oriented are a vital part of her being.

“I’ve always been interested in real estate,” Nikki says. “I want to help people open new chapters and close old ones … to be the go-to person that clients rely on to make the home selling, buying, renting, overall real estate process as stress-free as possible.”

Nikki was born and raised in a military community – Jacksonville, N.C. – where she has come around full circle to live and work today. She understands the military market, including the challenges of relocation, and is ready, willing and able to help military service members and their families.

Her heart is truly in helping others. “I volunteered as a crisis nurse at the beginning of the pandemic in NYC,” she says. “Now I look forward to giving back to the community in other ways, through real estate and helping home buyers and sellers. Helping people make their dreams come true is priceless.”
  

When not working, Nikki enjoys spending time with her family, including a senior Toy Poodle named Lily. She also enjoys theme parks, fishing and the nearby beaches.
