Jeffrey Weiser

I am Jeff Weiser, a Brunswick County, N.C. Real Estate Broker. Originally from Pennsylvania, I graduated from Penn State University with a Business degree and a minor concentration in Real Estate. I enjoyed my minor curriculum and considered a career in Real Estate, even obtaining my PA license. However, the extremely high interest rates at that time pushed me in a different direction. I placed Real Estate on the back-burner and enjoyed a successful career in industrial sales over the next 40 years. I worked for only two companies in those 40 years and in that time transformed many anemic territories into perennial top producers. In between, I supervised both direct and commissioned agents from the Eastern U.S. and Canada down through the Caribbean. Over all the years, my intrigue and interest in Real estate was always in the back-of-my-mind. Upon retiring from the many years of traveling it was now time to come full-circle and make that Real Estate career a reality.

Fast forward a bit. I am now a licensed N.C. Real Estate Broker concentrating on Southport and Brunswick County. Anticipating a clients needs and managing the many moving parts to a real estate transaction are keys to my success. Client testimonials exhibit a consistent theme with phrases such as:
