Eight years ago, my husband and I purchased and renovated a property in Surf City, allowing us to enjoy the stunning North Carolina beach with our family. After selling our home in Greensboro and leaving my accounting career, Surf City became our permanent home, where I could fully embrace the relaxed lifestyle offered by coastal living.

Cheryl Hennen was our realtor when we recently bought a beachhouse. She was very helpful with suggestions of which houseswe should look at and provided extensive and organizedinformation on each selection. It was so great to be in the handsof a professional who not only made the process enjoyable, butknew the area really well and had valuable advice. She wasavailable helping us all throughout the process from offer toclosing. She provided names of lenders, insurance companies,closing attorneys, inspectors, and contractors which was a hugehelp since we were new to the area.
