john hulse was highly recommended to us by some people whohad just used him to buy a house.we were more interested in getting a good sales agent and notreally concerned with what company they worked at. with the housing market at a high demand we found there werea lot more people looking for homes and not many wereavailable. this therefore made the process some whatdemanding and nerve trying. john never gave up searching forus . he looked day and night spending relentless hourssearching for us and for that we are grateful to have had a greatdedicated sales agent whom we feel went above and beyond tofind us not just any house but the one we really were looking for. to put it simply and straight forward john Hulse would be a greatasset to any reality company he would be working for. we feeljohn went above and beyond to find and sell us our home. therewere also a time when we were very sick with covid at the timeof closing and john took his personal time to help us get ourpaper work done and even dropped of the keys to our newhome for us. now if thats not dedication what is.john was always a professional in every respect. great man withawesome character. i will say this if it was not for all that john did for us and hisconstant encouragement for us we would have give up lookingfor a home. the way the housing market was and is makes avery trying time for some people to find the right home and it aman like john Hulse to do just that for us.no im not saying john can walk on water but he sure kept us alla float during the entire process.

John and I worked together years ago. when he got his licensehe was reaching out to his contacts which was perfect timingbecause I was wanting to purchase a condo in myrtle beachwithin the next few months. Knowing him previously made meMUCH more comfortable in the process because I knew I couldtrust him! He assisted me in what the average of properties were sellingfor in the area to determine what a good offer would be. Thiswas much appreciated since I am from OHIO and not familiarwith the area. Anything he did not have an answer forimmediately he quickly got answers for me from his co-workerswho have been in the business for many years. John was excellent at all of the above. We flew in for a weekendand literally viewed 30 condos. then we added a few more onFriday night to view on sat and he made it happen. John wasFANTASTIC!!!!
