A native of Charlotte, Cameron is the daughter of an Interior Designer and an Engineer. This blending of creativity and analytical thinking formed her interest in design, architecture and real estate. Cameron became a UNCW Seahawk as a collegiate swimmer with a major in Outdoor Recreation Management. During that time, she also pursued triathlon racing and, after graduation, became a professional triathlete based at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. It was there she fell in love with the mountainous West and the easy access to all kinds of recreation. She continued living in Colorado and Idaho for 25 years racing, raising a family, and working in the nonprofit world helping others. Her resume includes social work and Director of Aquatics and Fitness with the county recreation department. On the more adventurous side, she was also a dog-sled tour guide in Telluride, CO and welded furniture and coat racks out of her Sun Valley, Idaho garage.

As an empty nester, Cameron recently moved back to Wilmington to be closer to family (and learn to surf). She’s now enjoying being a part of the community in a different way and is eager to help people find a home that suits their needs. Having been a buyer, seller, tenant and landlord over the years, she has been on both ends of many real estate transactions. While helping her mom downsize and plan her move back to NC, Cameron realized her interest in a career as a Realtor® and feels she’s found her perfect “work home” with CB Seacoast Advantage.
