, an established neighborhood off of Village Road in Leland, recently launched its third and final phase of development. Developed by Dan Hilla of Willows Development Corp., The Willows at Leland features two builders -- H&H Homes and McKee Homes.
H&H Homes offers five floor plans for single family homes ranging from 1,377 to 1,736 square feet and priced from $171,900 to $184,900. McKee Homes offers four single family floor plans ranging from 1,303 to 1,981 square feet and prices from $159,900 to $194,900. Standard features include an energy-efficient design, open floor
