Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage Makes Relo History
WILMINGTON, NC – Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage made history recently as the only real estate company in USAA’s history to win two Eagle Awards in one year at the Cartus Broker Network 2017 International Conference in Phoenix, AZ. Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage is a member of the Cartus Network, the largest relocation company in the world, and USAA Real Estate Rewards is Cartus’ largest client. USAA is a financial services organization that assists individuals and families who serve or have served in the US military, and their Real Estate Rewards program guides members in buying and/or selling a home.

The USAA Eagle is awarded annually to the top Cartus firm per size category for exemplary sales and service. The 2017 Eagle Awards were awarded to Sea Coast Advantage’s Jacksonville market (comprised of its Sneads Ferry, Topsail and Jacksonville offices) and the firm’s Wilmington market (comprised of nine offices from Holden Beach to Hampstead).

“This is not only the first time that one firm has won two Eagle Awards in one year, but also the first time a real estate company has won an Eagle Award in the entire southeastern North Carolina area,” said Kathryn Ruth, Relocation Director for Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. “Winning these awards is the pinnacle of my career to date and I couldn’t be prouder of our team for all of their hard work on behalf of USAA members.”

According to Ruth, the Relocation Team has named the two Eagles “Ares and Athena,” the Greek God and Goddess of War and Wisdom.

“No firm has ever named the Eagles before, but we thought it was fitting tribute to the USAA brand and its members,” said Ruth. “Ares and Athena are going to travel around with me as I conduct training in our various offices and I hope they inspire our agents to try for another double Eagle Award next year. We’ve had fun on Facebook posting about the Eagle’s adventures at Sea Coast and we hear that Ares and Athena have a lot of enthusiastic fans throughout the Cartus and USAA networks!”
