Our Corporate staff which is located in the Autumn Hall office includes the CEO/Owner, President, the Vice President-Director of Business Development, Vice President-Director of New Homes, the Vice President-Human Resources, Marketing Driector, and Professional Development Director. Our office prides itself in our training which includes our dedicated Success Center. This is a program designed to aid agents in goal- setting, lead development, and the day to day activities needed to be successful in todays’ competitive market. We have 4 full-time IT staff members, and an in-house Closing Coordinator to ensure that your closing goes seamlessly. Our in-house mortgage firm, Alpha Mortgage, has 4 loan officers located in the Autumn Hall office to pre-qualify and service our clients. Our Relocation Department, which handles hundreds of incoming and outgoing referrals each year is also based out of our Autumn Hall Office. Sea Coast Rentals has established a solid record of achievement in long-term rental management in Topsail Island, Jacksonville, Carolina Beach, Brunswick County and Wilmington.
