Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage recently announced it will open two new Wilmington offices in Midtown and Autumn Hall. The Midtown office, which will be located in Barclay Commons on Independence Boulevard, will open this Fall. The Autumn Hall office, which will occupy a newly constructed building in Dungannon Village on Eastwood Road, will open in the Spring of 2017.

The Midtown office will occupy 8,500 square feet on the 1st and 2nd floors of 2516 Independence Blvd in Barclay Commons. The two-story brick building is located across from Henry’s Restaurant and Port City Java. A long-term lease has been signed and upfit will soon be underway with an opening planned for mid- to late-Fall. Sharon Laney will be the new Broker in Charge of the Midtown office and 35 to 40 Sea Coast Advantage agents will work from this location.
The Autumn Hall office will be located in a new, build-to-suit office building in Dungannon Village, a mixed-used development that acts as the entry to Autumn Hall's residential neighborhood off of Eastwood Road. The new, 2-story building will feature 24,000 square feet and Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage will occupy 18,000 square feet on both the 1st and 2nd floors. Additional tenants in the building could include restaurants, such as a deli and coffee shop. Alex Paen and Sherri Pickard will act as managing brokers for the Autumn Hall office and approximately 150 agents will operate from this location.
“These two new locations are conveniently located, have plenty of parking and are easily accessible to buyers and sellers, as well as our Sea Coast Advantage agents,” said Milam. “Right now, we have 11 offices and 450 agents from Jacksonville to Myrtle Beach and we are always exploring ways to expand our presence in the market areas we serve. The addition of these two new locations will help us better serve our clients and increase our visibility throughout the community.”
