WILMINGTON, NC – Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage recently opened a new Wilmington office in Midtown
at Barclay Commons. The Midtown office
occupies 8,500 square feet on the 1st and 2nd floors of 2516 Independence Blvd, a two-story brick building located across from Perry’s Emporium and Port City Java. Sharon Laney is Broker in Charge of the Midtown office
and 53 Sea Coast Advantage agents are now working from this location.
To celebrate the opening, Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage will host a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting event at the new Midtown office with the Wilmington Chamber on Thursday, April 20 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
“The Midtown real estate market is very active and this location is perfectly located for both our agents and our clients,” said Laney. “It’s a beautiful space with a welcoming, spa-like design. We’re very proud to welcome our clients into this office and feel it is unique in the current real estate market. The Midtown office is also a convenient resource for agents from outlying offices who often conduct business in Wilmington.”
According to Laney, all Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage offices
are set up with the same systems and office equipment to ensure that agents from any of the firm’s 12 locations can drop by at any time to conduct business. “All of our agents are mobile and most conduct business over a broad geographic area, so being able to
pop into any of our 12 office locations to meet with clients, make copies or transact business is a great asset to both agents and clients,” said Laney.
The Midtown office
features three conference rooms, a large multi-purpose room and numerous private and shared offices. The office can accommodate about 80 people and according to Laney, they are actively recruiting new agents. Parking is available for numerous cars and a variety of restaurants, shops and professional
services are within easy reach.
Later this year, Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage will open another new office at Autumn Hall in Wilmington. The new office will occupy a newly constructed building in Dungannon Village on Eastwood Road. The Autumn Hall office is expected to open in early May.
“Both the Midtown and Autumn Hall offices are ideally located for the new commercial and residential developments underway and planned in these areas,” said Tim Milam
, President of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. “Our mission is to help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals by providing extraordinary customer service, and the convenience of these two new offices go a long way to helping us better achieve that mission.”
