Over 700 agents from Coldwell Banker recently gathered together at an elite sales convention in Myrtle Beach, to establish connections and share innovative new ideas for serving their clients. Held at the Grande Dunes Marriott in Myrtle Beach, the event was attended by agents from Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, Coldwell Banker Advantage, and Coldwell Banker Chicora Advantage.

During a kickoff event and general session, company leaders discussed how the CBx technology suite, an exclusive, proprietary marketing tool, utilizes big data and predictive analytics to deliver short market times and high sales prices for home sellers. Stats from the prior year were also released: in 2018, agents successfully assisted their clients with over 16,300 transactions, achieving a sales volume in excess of $3.7 billion.

The numbers from 2018 propelled the Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, Coldwell Banker Chicora Advantage, and Coldwell Banker Advantage family to the #2 ranked franchise spot for all of Coldwell Banker worldwide.
