On March 28, 2017, Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage and Coldwell Banker Advantage announced a merger with Coldwell Banker Chicora, a dominant player in the Myrtle Beach real estate market for 45 years. With the merger, Coldwell Banker Chicora is now known as Coldwell Banker Chicora Advantage.
