Sea Coast Advantage Agents Receive CNE & MCNE Designations
Wilmington, NC –  Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage agents recently had the opportunity to complete negotiation training offered by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI). Twenty-four agents completed a two-day training seminar to receive a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation. Agents who receive this certification are among the top 5% of all agents in the country in negotiation skills, according to Tom Hayman, trainer for the CNE seminar, as well as the CEO and Co-Founder of RENI. 

In addition, thirteen agents who completed the course earned the Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) designation. The MCNE program consists of three levels of training and six days of professional negotiation theory and techniques, as well as practical application to real estate negotiation situations.  The MCNE program is the premier and most comprehensive negotiation-training program in real estate.  Agents who receive this designation are in the top .3% of all agents nationally in negotiation skills training, according to Hayman.
