JACKSONVILLE, NC – Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage brought home numerous awards from the Jacksonville Board of REALTORS® (JBOR) Annual Installation and Awards Banquet on Thursday, January 18, 2018. In addition, Al Wagner, a REALTOR® with the Jacksonville office of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, was installed as the 2018 President of the Jacksonville Board of Realtors. Wagner has been a member of the leadership team of JBOR for many years and has served on the Board of Directors and Education, Budget and Building Committees.
Jenna Morton, a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage’s Jacksonville office, received the 2017 Exceptional Service Award. Established in 2001, this award recognizes exceptional contributions to the local board and real estate profession over a sustained period. This award is bestowed only when deemed appropriate by the JBOR Board, and is not presented annually. In addition to the Exceptional Service Award, Morton received the 2017 Gold Award for annual sales exceeding $10 million.
Christina Asbury and Lottie Koenig of the Sneads Ferry office of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage each received the Bronze Award for annual sales exceeding $5 million.
Three teams from the Jacksonville office of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage won Platinum Team Awards for annual sales exceeding $22.5 million. These teams include the Castro Real Estate Group, 40 Sails and Terri Alphin Smith & Co. Castro Real Estate Group is comprised of Diane Castro-Perez, April Seifert, Matthew Hornsby, Michael Tausch, Lacy Raynor, Kelli Salter, Madison Preble, Jackie Tenbrink, Emily Rideout, and Thomas Travolina. 40 Sails is comprised of Amber Raynor, Cynthia La Corte, and Marci Bocanegra. Terri Alphin Smith & Co is comprised of Terri Alphin Smith, Traci Locke, Tim Thompson, Dana Thompson, Brett Daake, Mary Anne Detrich and Pattie Locke.
