This Wednesday, June 20th, our own Tim Milam is throwing out the first pitch as our Wilmington Sharks face off against the Wilson Tobs at Legion Stadium’s Buck Hardee Field. Milam, a die-hard NY Yankees fan, attended University of Charleston, WV, on a baseball scholarship. This is his second appearance throwing out the first pitch at Buck Hardee Field. Market Update: May 2018

Local figures reflect a robust market with continual upward trends across the Cape Fear Region.

Home sales in the Cape Fear Region have continued their usual hot-season uptick, as well as 2018’s trend of improvements over 2017. New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender and Onslow counties show marked increases in year-over-year homes sold, and a trend towards fewer days on market. Median prices, the halfway point of all sold homes, maintained a gradual increase across the region.
