Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage recently named Paul Colantuno as Managing Broker for several of its Brunswick County offices including Southport, Winding River, Oak Island, Boiling Spring Lakes, and St. James.

As Managing Broker, Colantuno will be responsible for overseeing office operations and ensuring clients receive the highest level of customer service. He will also focus on supporting sales associates by offering guidance, motivation, and training to effectively grow their business. “I am committed to creating an environment where agents feel supported, clients feel valued, and our community continues to thrive”, he said.

Colantuno and his wife relocated to Oak Island in 2017 and have built a thriving real estate business. As a full-time Oak Island resident, he is deeply invested in the region and committed to its continued growth and success. Prior to transitioning into real estate, he enjoyed a decorated 20-year career with the Frederick County Maryland’s Sheriff’s Office, retiring as the Supervising Sergeant of the Traffic Unit. Throughout his law enforcement tenure, he honed his skills in communication, problem solving, and decision making—core strengths that now enhance his approach to real estate leadership.

“Paul’s experience as a successful REALTOR®, combined with his passion and skill for mentoring and training, makes him a valuable resource for our agents. He is a wonderful addition to our management team and we are excited for the impact he will continue to make in this new role,” said Denise Kinney, company president.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Paul is a dedicated advocate for causes including the Wounded Warrior Project, the Alzheimer’s Association, and the American Diabetes Association. In his free time, he enjoys biking, riding his Harley Davidson, and exploring the coastal lifestyle that first drew him to Oak Island.
