Genny Hite Named to Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage Management Team

Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage recently named Genny Hite as Managing Broker for their Jacksonville office on Henderson Drive. “Genny's extensive local experience, combined with her contagious enthusiasm and talent for mentorship, positions her as an incredible asset to our agents and a wonderful addition to our management team,” said Denise Kinney, company President.

 

Beginning her real estate career nearly two decades ago as a closing coordinator and later transitioning to paralegal for a real estate attorney, Hite is a seasoned industry professional with a strong management background. “Having worked with agents and transactions in so many different ways, serving in a leadership capacity was a natural progression for me,” Hite explained. “I have been office manager, sales team leader, team manager, and now I’m so excited to serve as managing broker to the awesome Sea Coast agents in the Jacksonville – Henderson office.”

 

Hite’s goal in her new position is to help agents grow their business by leveraging the many exclusive tools and services available to them as well as honing their own unique skills and strengths. “My unwavering passion lies in providing exceptional service and support to others, ensuring my agents have everything they need to achieve their goals and flourish in their real estate careers,” she said.

 

Originally from Indiana, Hite has called North Carolina home since purchasing her first home in 2006.
