Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage is pleased to announce that eighteen agents recently completed the Global Luxury training course taught by Coldwell Banker and The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. The course covers topics such as how to develop detailed market analysis for sellers of luxury homes and how to utilize exclusive Coldwell Banker Global Luxury resources to implement specialized marketing plans that will expose these properties to affluent buyers worldwide.

 

The successful completion of this coursework if the first step in the certification process toward earning the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Specialist designation. Upon completion of the class, participating agents must also meet strict production guidelines within a specified time period.
