IT Help Desk & Web Stats for October

October was another productive month for our one-of-a-kind I.T. Help Desk and our world-class website!
Our I.T. Professionals' average response time (that is how long it takes an actual human to respond to a help ticket) dropped nearly a full minute since our last update, from 3 minutes and 36 seconds, to 2 minutes and 40 seconds.
The average resolution time dropped too, from 3 hours and 58 minutes to 3 hours and 22 minutes. It is important to note that some IT issues require working in concert with other entities (Zillow, or DotLoop, for example) to trouble shoot and solve problems. These help tickets can take longer to close, but approximately 71% of help tickets in October were closed in under 15 minutes!
