IT Help Desk & Web Stats for August

It's been another great month at Sea Coast!

August was another productive month for our one-of-a-kind IT Help Desk and our world-class website! 

It is clear that our guys in IT have found their groove in our beautiful new office space—in August their response time (the average amount of time it takes an actual human to respond to a help ticket) was down to 3 minutes and 36 seconds! 

They closed tickets faster in August as well, with the average resolution time down to 3 hours and 58 minutes. It is important to note that some IT issues require working in concert with other entities (Zillow, or DotLoop, for example) to trouble shoot and solve problems. These help tickets can take longer to close, but approximately 70% of help tickets in August were closed in under 15 minutes! And, in the meantime, our Sea Coast family grew by one more as IT Director, Johnathan Stump, welcomed his baby girl into the world on August 23rd! has been working hard for us as well, with agent profile views, Facebook referrals, and leads direct to agents all showing a positive increase from July to August!
