My husband and I live in lower Brunswick County. I retired as a Purchasing Group Manager from Procter & Gamble. We moved from Cincinnati to Brunswick county (and I am originally from the Boston area so at times I talk funny). We have vacationed in and around this area for 12 years. When we were deciding on a "warm weather" spot, Brunswick County was by far our first choice. We know we made the right decision and LOVE living here.
I love real estate! It's really that simple. Having over 25 years’ experience in Purchasing and Customer Service, I have landed right where I belong! I am so fortunate to be pairing my business skill set with a market that continues to fuel my love of meeting people and helping them search for the best possible place to call "home". If you, family or friends are thinking of buying or selling, I would consider it a privilege to be your guide through the process.
I chose Sea Coast Advantage based on testimonials from fellow brokers, buyers and sellers, they offered superb training and a collaborative culture. With me you will get excellent customer service, transparency, fairness, honesty in dealings and a successful marketing approach.
You have many options when deciding with whom to sell or buy – I just hope you will consider me and let me show you what I can do for you to make this a positive experience. You can reach me at:
Thanks for your time and consideration! I look forward to hearing from you.
Sheryl was such a joy to work with. She was persistent and yet pleasant. I would definitely recommend her and/or use her again myself. She often went the extra mile.
Sheryl started to help sell my parents home just before the hurricane last year. It was an out of state sale since I moved my parents to assisted living up north. She kept us in the loop regarding movement, feedback, and how the market situation evolved while we attempted to sell the house. She was always positive, sympathetic, flexible, and truthful. There were instances where we needed to respond to some of the feedback, and that required engaging the services of local contractors. She negotiated quick turnaround and fair prices for all of the work, and I am sure a lot of time on her part as well. She was never pushy and very patient. The best part of the entire process, besides the sale of the house, was that I was able to stay up north and complete all of the paperwork electronically. We also came very close to matching the asking price of the home with minimal negotiating. Were I interested in returning to the area, Sheryl would be my first phone call.
Our being out of state and our son working 12 hour shifts, Sheryl was instrumental in finding, negotiating and navigating the purchase of a home for our son. She was confident in her skills and a pleasure to converse with, during all phases of the purchase process.
