Karla Maldonado

Karla was born in a small town in Maryland, but moved to Leland with her family in 2006. Since then she has seen Leland grow. She attended Elementary through High School in Brunswick County, and after graduating she started working in one of Leland’s local restaurants, getting to know many local residents and also people from other states.

Her interest in Real Estate started at a young age, since her parents  have a Real Estate background, they would let her join them when going to open houses, or touring and getting to know many of the communities in the costal area. Growing up in Leland has also provided her the advantage of deeply knowing the Leland and Wilmington area. Now that she has her license, she would love to help anyone who wants to make North Carolina their home, just as it became hers.

When she’s not working, she enjoys going to New Hanover and Brunswick County’s local beaches, taking a walk through downtown Wilmington visiting local shops and restaurants. She also enjoys reading, biking, and spending time with her family and friends.
