As a resident of Wilmington since 1999, Kristoff has a thorough understanding of local property values, neighborhoods, school districts and subdivisions. Serving buyers and sellers throughout Brunswick, New Hanover and Pender counties, she enjoys sharing her knowledge to match her clients with the perfect home and lifestyle to fit their needs.
With a background that includes time spent working as a news reporter, actress and radio announcer, Kristoff is well-spoken and comfortable with presenting large amounts of complex information in an accessible manner. A graduate of the University of Delaware, where she earned a degree in Communications, she thrives in high-pressure situations, when aggressiveness and listening skills are essential to negotiating a successful closing.
Helping people is the core of Kristoff’s personal and professional life. In addition to finding homes for her clients or ensuring they get the best possible return on investment, she can often be found at nursing homes or at her church, volunteering as an usher, a waitress on dinner nights, or helping out with the senior group and student ministry.
Kristoff is originally from Germany and has relocated numerous times, as her dad was an engineer for DuPont. She serves on the board for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and likes to go to the theatre, watch movies, shop for heels, eat out and dance any chance she can.
