Mark was extremely personable, quick to respond, and thorough in his approach. We utilized him as our buyers agent and we believe he looked out after our best interest. Excellent ! if I was going to buy a home in the future Mark Townsend would definitely be the agent I would use.Anything we asked him to do he responded to immediately. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with but more importantly he was trust worthy and gave us good advice.Can't say enough about the service he provided us.
