With a paralegal degree, mediation and negotiation training and an eye for staging, Amber is able to guide her clients through every aspect of a real estate transaction with ease. RENE Certification - Real Estate Negotiation Expert
PMN Designation - leadership designation awarded to Women's Council of REALTORS® members by the Performance Management Network, after the completion of rigorous training in leadership and business development
AHWD Certification - At Home With Diversity is a certification focused on DEI and fair housing practices
RSPS Designation - Resort and Second Property Specialist is a designation given to realtors specialized in helping their clients with purchasing investment properties.
SFR Certification- Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification is given after the completion of specialized training to help buyers and sellers throughout the short sale or foreclosure process.
Amber has worked all over the Raleigh Durham Region in North Carolina and currently lives and works in Wilmington North Carolina. She serves New Hanover County, Brunswick County and Pender County.
Amber lives in South Wilmington with her Husband Darrin and Son Liam. They love to spend time at the beach, kayaking or camping. In her free time, you will likely find her in her pottery studio or painting.
Amber is originally from Colorado and still cheers for the Denver Broncos but, North Carolina has stolen her heart and is her forever home.
