Rachel was amazing to work with! She was very communicative and was always available to help us. She replied to a timely manner and made sure to follow through with anything we asked/needed from her. We appreciate her taking so much time to help us find the perfect house. She was very honest and helpful when looking through houses, you can tell she actually cares about her customers and does not try to sell them a house that is not what they are looking for! It was a pleasure to work with Rachel and we will continue to recommend her to anyone we know purchasing a house.

To say that Rachel and her team are good is an understatement, they are great. Not only had Rachel and her team help us find the right home but they also helped us sell it when the Marine Corps had different plans for my family and I. Throughout the whole time Rachel answered all our questions, advised us with real estate expertise. Even when we move in to our house, we can always count on her to help us with homeowner questions, needs, etc. Furthermore, after receiving orders and navigating through the stressful process of having 3 kids, moving coordination, and selling our house Rachel and her team delivered once again. They did by taking a big weight of our shoulders by being diligent in the whole selling process, helping us to be patient during this process. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a realtor, not just a realtor but someone that is going to deliver, uphold their expectations, and continue to help you even when you buy or sell look no further than Rachel and Love and Co. We cold called Rachel to help us sell our home. She was insightful with current market trends and what was and was not something to worry about as a seller. Many of the items in the home that needed attention were serviced through her contacts. They all provided prompt and professional service, that’s the caliber of professionals she works with. She saved us several thousands of dollars in staging and fixes. Once the home was listed she proved invaluable, talking us through the many inquiries and offers coming in, getting us the best price for our home well above asking. Her associates provided all the forms from the offers, inspection requests, and closing paperwork without delay making the sale as easy as possible. Throughout the process she could be reached whenever we had a question by text or call easing any concerns we had. She should be your first and only contact if you need to purchase or sell.
