Following 6 years of military service in the United States Marine Corps and a career as a retail regional manager covering three states, Wagner transitioned to real estate in 2009. “I chose to make a change so that I could be closer to family and not travel as much. Combining my management and sales experience with my love of houses and architecture seemed like a great fit,” he explained. “I grew to love the real estate industry and the impact that I can make in my clients’ lives. It quickly became a passion.”
Now a seasoned industry professional and a past president of the Jacksonville Board of REALTORS®, Wagner has consistently been a top producing agent and team leader. In his new role as Managing Broker, he will oversee office operations and provide support and guidance to the sales associates.
“Promoting from within makes good business sense and Al fully embraces our company culture and is well-versed in our systems and tools. His vast real estate knowledge, experience, and leadership abilities make him a perfect fit,” said Denise Kinney, company president.
“I’m so excited to support and mentor the agents and help them grow their business,” added Wagner. “Providing consistent training, cultivating knowledgeable professionals, and helping them overcome obstacles when they arise is my focus. I’m so excited for this new challenge.”
Al is hands down the easiest realtor to work with and makes the process simple and straight forward. He works with what you want and personalizes the whole process to you.
Great to work with! Honest and up front about everything. Extremely hard working to get our property sold!
I wish I could pack Al up and take him with me. He’s so knowledgeable and dependable. Couldn’t imagine working with another realtor better than him!
