Rebecca Moxey has had her real estate broker license since 2004 and has over 30 years of experience in corporate sales. She is married to Brian Moxey, President of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage South, and they have a daughter, Hannah, who graduated in 2023 from NC State University.
Rebecca is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys participating in triathlons, and other running and swimming events. She and Brian have taken part in organizing local charitable events, including the New Year's Day Dolphin Dip Extravaganza in Surf City and the Team Inspire Ice Breaker Run Across NC benefiting mental health awareness. She loves creating acrylic art, and participates in the Autumn With Topsail annual festival each October. Come on out and visit her booth and enjoy the festival, a great way to get to know the community and enjoy its events and people.

We worked with Rebecca on the recent purchase of our home in Wilmington. We were "outsiders" moving to the area from Virginia with zero knowledge of the local real estate market dynamics, but quickly realized after our initial meeting with Rebecca that she would be a fantastic resource working with our family as our agent. She helped us find a home that was the perfect fit within a short amount of time, and from there her cool, calm demeanor helped us navigate a few challenges over the course of the buying process. Being a first-time buyer can be stressful. Finding the right agent can be even more stressful, but we did. Having Rebecca as our agent was a Godsend. Rebecca went the extra mile for us. My husband and I were looking for a condo in Wilmington, NC as an investment property. With a limited budget, Rebecca took me to see a few and we purchased the last one that we saw. Through the process, as we had questions, Rebecca immediately got back to us. Not only did I appreciate her promptness, but I felt she had our best interests in mind throughout the process. She continually collaborated with the seller's agent and our mortgage company.
