Jerry and Patricia Wisdo hail from the Winston-Salem, NC were they lived with their 3 sons for over 23 years. They originally moved from Hershey, PA in 1983 when Jerry was transferred by his company and North Caroline soon became home. In 2006 Jerry and Patricia retired and moved to Southport. Still being young in age and heart they wanted to do something together and meet people, real estate fit the bill. After receiving their license in 2006 they joined Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. In August of 2009 Jerry and Patricia were honored to join the Willetts team, with over 38 combined years of sales, financial and marketing experience. Patricia comes with a strong background in sales, both having owned her own business, along with working for a national company in local and corporate sales. Jerry being from the corporate world adds his financial and acquisition expertise, having a solid emphasis on being customer focused and result oriented. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional, integrity, market knowledge, effective negotiation skills, all of which are hallmarks of how they work. That said, in their experience as being a part of the Willetts Properties Team as real estate professionals, they have also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting their clients first. My wife and I purchased a home in Oak Island. We live in New York State and were referred to Pat and Jerry as being the "best" in the area. We are so happy that we received that referral! Pat wowed us from day one. Our initial contact was through emails and telephone conversations. It was evident by the properties she identified for us that she had really listened to our needs. She presented very viable properties, made herself available on short notice and patiently showed us many, many properties. Jerry was available throughout for consultations on pricing. With multiple offers presented for our desired property Pat and Jerry demonstrated their negotiating skills. After the move they continue to be available to us with recommendations for service providers, restaurants, etc. They are the best Realtors we've encountered in our many years of home ownership.

Pat and Jerry are a delight to work with, they had endless patience working with us over several false starts where we changed our minds for various reasons. The house we finally settled on fully meet our expectations, negotiated price was right and we had zero surprises. Pat and Jerry were with us all the way, they are an incredible source of local knowledge, helping us find landscapers and a general contractor to help with some enhancements we wanted to make. We have owned this house for 1 year this month ( Feb 2017) and have enjoyed every minute of it.
