Cynthia has actively practiced real estate in the Camp Lejeune area after becoming a licensed broker in 2006.  The co-owner of the No. 1 Coldwell Banker Team in North America, 40 Sails Real Estate, she specializes in new construction and residential resale homes. Her team consistently ranks as one of the top listing and selling teams for Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, with professional marketing and closing services offered for every listing. 

Cynthia was raised in a small town in West Virginia and first came to the Onslow County area in 1990. She immediately fell in love with the area, finding comfort and enjoyment in being close to military families so much like her own at that time. Her three children, Anthony, Christopher, and Isabella, all grew up in the local area and went on have their own successful careers.
Cynthia volunteers in several local organizations and she is a member of the National Association of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors, the Jacksonville Board of Realtors, and she previously served on the Jacksonville Board of Realtors Bylaws Committee. When she's not busy selling homes or doing volunteer work, she enjoys spending time travelling to see her grandchildren and dining out with friends in Swansboro or Emerald Isle.
